This month marks a proud milestone for Conveyancing Solutions Ltd – 20 years of ConveyIT.
What began as a simple idea inside the Gibson Sheat property team, lead by David Sarginson, has grown into the leading conveyancing workflow system trusted by law firms across New Zealand. Back in 1999, the team saw a gap in the market: no product truly met the needs of conveyancing professionals. So, instead of waiting for a solution, they built one.
Their goal was clear – to streamline transactions, enhance communication with clients and agents, and improve overall efficiency. By 2005, that in-house innovation had become a standalone company: Conveyancing Solutions Ltd, and ConveyIT was officially born.
