Yes, Conveyancing Solutions provides a business hours helpdesk for conveyIT Maestro customers.  You can also contact us via Twitter @conveyit1 or email us at support@convey it.co.nz.

What training do you provide?
Initial training is provided to all staff that will use conveyIT Maestro. This is provided remotely via GoToMeeting. On-site training can be provided but there is an additional cost.

Can I get training for new staff?
Yes, we can provide training for new staff. This is provided remotely via GoToMeeting. On-site training can be provided but there is an additional cost.

Do I have to pay for training?
There is no charge for initial training; however additional training may carry an additional charge.
