Gibson Sheat incorporating Logan Gold Walsh is a medium sized provincial law firm based in central Masterton, Wairarapa. Most of its work relates to property law and within that conveyancing plays a big part involving approximately 300-400 conveyancing transactions per year.

Bruce Logan, a former partner at Logan Gold Walsh, recalls seeing a presentation of a similar product to conveyIT in Wellington in 2006. “It seemed to be a sensible approach to conveyancing in my view. Trudy Carrig is Bruce’s secretary and has been with Logan Gold Walsh for nearly 27 years, and has been involved in conveyancing for all of those years. Unlike larger centres, the Wairarapa is dominated by freehold land which has seen relatively little sub-dividing of existing residential lots. Transactions involving unit titles are rare and company share properties even rarer. Trudy likes the way that conveyIT removes some of the risks associated with these types of transactions.
